A $50 non-refundable/non/transferable deposit is required to confirm your appointment date/time. Your deposit will be applied to your balance. If you qualify for financing, the remaining balance will be charged through your financing plan at the time of your appointment.

On-the-Spot Qualification:
At the start of your appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to see if you qualify for Affirm financing. You do not need to have an existing Affirm account—simply apply on the spot. If you don’t qualify, please have a backup payment option ready.

  If approved, make the first payment upfront and the rest over time. Always interest-free when you pay it in 4.

• Processing Fee:
  Please note that a fee of 6% plus $0.30 will be applied to the financed balance.
