Pre-Procedure Instructions

    • No alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, ibuprofen and/or pain killers 24 hours before.

    • No waxing or threading around brow area at least 3 days before.  

    • No Vitamin E or Fish Oil 7 days before. 

    • No Retinol/Vitamin A or Vitamin C 2 weeks before. 

    • No tanning 2 weeks before. 

    • If you take blood thinners, consult your physician to advise when you should stop taking them prior to the procedure and when to resume. 

    • Drink enough water.

    • No alcohol, caffeine, aspirin/ibuprofen/pain killers 24 hours before  

    • No extreme dry or cracked lips (must constantly moisturize 48 hours before)

    • No Vitamin E or Fish Oil 7 days before 

    • No cuts, active sores or other abrasions to the lips 

    • If prone to cold sores, must get a prescription for Zovirax to prevent breakouts immediately after the procedure 

    • Must not have allergies to red color ink or dyes 

    • Take Arnica 2 days prior, 1 day prior and day of to help with swelling/bruising. 

    • Drink enough water.
